At WCA, our highest priority continues to be the health and well-being of our customers and staff during this pandemic. Last night, we learned that two of our drivers from our North Houston Hauling Division have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. precautioning accordance with recommend guidelines, the helpers and other drivers who have been in close contact with these drivers have been quarantined.

Area Affected

Our North Houston Hauling Division that provides services north of 290, up through 59 as far North as New Caney, Texas has been impacted. All other Divisions of WCA/VF Waste Services will continue to operate business as usual. If your community resides in our North Houston Hauling Division’s geographical boundary, it is possible your regular collection services will be impacted.

Curbside Services

Effective through Friday, June 5, 2020
WCA is suspending service to all non-automated residential routes and will resume regular curbside collection on Saturday. Accordingly, you may experience delays with your regular curbside service.

Back Door Services

Effective through Friday, June 5, 2020
WCA is suspending service to all non-automated residential routes and will resume modified curbside collection on Saturday, for backdoor routes. You may experience delays with your modified curbside service.

Recycle Services

Effective through Friday, June 12, 2020
WCA is suspending recycle service at this time.

Bulk Services

Effective through Friday, June 12, 2020
WCA is suspending bulk service at this time.
