Dear Kings Crossing Patio Residents:

The Aspen Company is installing new cable for Comcast in Kings Crossing Patio. Most of the cable will be installed in the easement along our back fences. A door handle tag will be left to let you know when they will be coming on your property. To preserve any damage claims you may have, please take photos of your outside property BEFORE any work is performed and AFTER. Be sure and run your sprinkler system AFTER the work is completed to be sure there is no damage. Also get the names of any subcontractors and their worker's names.
